Ongoing, standard based repair, and moves, additions and changes (MAC) is essential for all organizations committed to maintaining the value of installed telephony, data network, access control and building automation systems.

In providing ongoing service, maintenance, expansion and relocation services, Tricomm has the opportunity to proactively assist clients with planning, problem resolution and new technology deployment.

Tricomm maintains a service group consisting of experienced project managers, trained, certified technicians, stocked vehicles, and required tooling and equipment. The group is designed to be quickly deployed and prepared to respond to a large variety of service issues. Tricomm offers a variety of service level agreements (SLA) to provide an appropriate level of service for each client.
