Tricomm has installed fiber optic cabling infrastructure since 1982. Our technicians have successfully delivered thousands of projects consisting of multimode, single mode and laser optimized fiber. Tricomm has installed horizontal workstation fiber and both indoor and outside plant backbone fiber solutions as well as thousands of inter cabinet data center cables

Tricomm has extensive experience with virtually all fiber connector installation methods including traditional heat cured epoxy, UV cure adhesive, anaerobic adhesive and mechanical crimp. Our fiber technicians have installed thousands of field polished and pre-polished connectors as well as thousands of pre-terminated fiber trunk assemblies.

Tricomm is experienced at both fusion and mechanical splicing and maintains Tricomm owned splicing equipment.

Tricomm has substantial experience in testing, troubleshooting and commissioning of fiber optic cabling systems. We maintain an inventory of light sources, optical signal loss meters and optical time domain reflectometers (OTDR) with which to test installed fiber cable plant.
